Smooth Diamond Coated Spheres:

Nano- or micro-crystalline diamond coatings can be grown on SiC, Si3N4 and tungsten-carbide. These coatings are relatively rough and the geometrical shape is never beter than a few microns.

Diamond Product Solutions has overcome this problem by shaping these rough diamond coated spheres to extremely smooth surfaces with a high degree of geometrical accuracy.

It is possible to produce diamond coated spheres with diameters up to 25 mm  with this technology. It is also posible to have special diameters which are normally not available. Diamond Product Solutions can process these Si3N4 or SiC balls to any diameter needed. After that the diamond coating is applied and processed to high specifications as can been seen on the picture to the right.
